Quotes
by admin
Quotes are little things that people are obsessed with these days.
From the Keep Calm and Carry On bandwagon to tid-bits of inspiration, quotes are lettered and designed as posters for nearly everything.
Take a look at this Pinterest board for some inspiration on how quotes may be integrated with imagery, shapes, styles of lettering, and colors.
Follow STUCKEY Design’s board Lettering on Pinterest.
We will be designing and lettering a poster (minimum size is 11″x17″) and exploring the relationships between appropriateness of style of lettering and image to the meaning of the text.
For this project, you may come up with your own quote or phrase to live by or you may use a quote from any other source as long as the quote is credited to the original author if know.
